I wonder how much the temporary vinyl cost them, I'm sure it's a lot bigger than it looks
Lucky for some! not as much if it's only for 4 vehicles

Is the path wide enough at the Newgate Street stop to accommodate the wheelchair lift on the Levantes?
What’s the stopping changes in Peterlee when the coaches arrive for the x9/x10?, unless there using the bottom bus stand where national express and holiday buses depart from?[Image: 72c67a648b8eae44e22df68bcba2e1f2.jpg]

Coaches allocated to the X9/X10 are:

7108
7110
7111
7120
7121
7122
7123

According to Bustimes.org
The negative comments on these coaches which haven't even entered service show the state of our society. I'm sure some of the people moaning actually have no real concerns.

People seem to love whinging about change before they give things a chance, whether it’s the switch to coaches, or a change to road layouts for example. Most of the time I reckon they do it for the likes or attention or to try & be funny or they just have nothing better to do. It must be so tiring being negative & miserable about everything. Leave em to it.

How can they moan? They only seat 5 less than a StreetDeck with tables...... And they'll be a hell of a lot more reliable than a standard double deck bus!

My biggest question is what's the legroom like on the coaches.
It's physically impossible for me to sit straight on a StreetDeck because of the lack of legroom, it's the main reason I always sit at the table. If I have to sit at a normal seat, I sit twisted with my back against the window

Wish I could go out and photo these, but sadly stuck in hospital until October after breaking my femur mid August on top of the exsisting dislocated knee injury in the same leg.
Does anyone know if 7098 is able to be used on the X9/X10

No, it's been withdrawn.

If the layout is similar to that on the Stagecoach operated examples it should be fine - I'm on one at the moment, sat behind the stairs, and I still have about 6 inches of space in front of my knees. On the next one I'll sit somewhere directly behind another seat and edit the post, but from memory it's absolutely fine.

If that's the case would make sense using a coach as a, spare on a coach route. Surely keeping some levantes as spare would make sense. Especially now that the 65/66/17 reu levantes are all spare (at the minute don't know what will be spare when Nat Ex return to normal times. Only afew levantes are required at peaks for extras of arriva's 1/2/308 which only need a minority and won't be permanent so when they're gone all the B11/Levante 2s will be spare.
