It has been allocated fleet number 36300, and is on a demonstration trial period with First Manchester where it will operate at Oldham Depot. It is said to be being joined by a Wright StreetDeck too.

That would actually be a great way to live in my opinion - nice and private, and best of all, for me anyway, something I could enjoy. Wouldn't use it in public service - to be honest I wouldn't know what to do with it if I had a day-job. Can't exactly leave it on my parent's drive and say 'I'll be back at 5!'

If anyone wants to see those two in the flesh, Long Eaton isn't far from Nottingham at all. Very easy to get to on Trent Barton (think another operator goes there too from memory).
Big Tesco there, if you prefer their meal deals to Asda's .

Word from Ensign is that Nottingham Coaches also have 8227. Obviously a quality operator..................

Information you may like:
this was the last of the 4 that JPT Bought to see service, It survived the company sale to Stagecoach for a few days however its MOT came up, shockingly the Bus moved to Hyde Road to go in for its MOT (Work even started on it) However a fault was found and was deemed to costy to fix so in the end it was officially withdrawn from service and dumped with the reserve Buses. This was one of the last JPT Buses to be scrapped aswell.

my choice of coulours would be the same as yours the Go Coastline but the blind would say 527 South Shields or Newcastle but my reserve option would be 532 Fellgate or Newcastle

Probably should have worded my post better, I read somewhere that 3833 was defo going into Go Coastline livery following internal restoration to 'as new' condition.

I'd like to see 3833 with anything on the desti! Tbh, I'd just like to see it out and about full stop!

Question: Anyone reckon it's possible they'll get 3833 ready for the MetroCentre in May? It attended last year, and I think it would be great to see it again but under preservation. I think it's capable of being driven, it just might not be in the best of conditions. Anyone?
