Had anyone watched it on a morning, Arriva seem to be a common feature on there, the claims some people try to pull off because they think a bus company is easy pickings is madness, the last people I would con would be a bus company especially with the amount of CCTV

It may have been the same programme - but there was a show on last year, which went along similar lines.

Pretty sure the bus operators in question opened up a new role/department to investigate certain claims.

Certainly an eye opener.
