For what purpose? It runs like clockwork ATM, and given by the gaps in the duty boards, it seems like it'd be easy to slot some additional X30s into the Riverside Red rota on a night.

But if the 6 could no longer be worked with the X30, what could it be interworked with if an hourly service was to be maintained? My thoughts around it would be that both the 6 & 25 are both secondary services and on top of that, the dead mileage from Stanley to Picktree Lane is shorter than back to Riverside.
But I suppose that wouldn't be exactly viable due to how vehicles are currently positioned to Stanley during the early-mid evening. That's why the 6/X30 interworking pattern is perhaps good.
