I think GNE still has the coaches at riverside. It just depends on weather NX is using them or not.

I doubt National Express would be particularly impressed if GNE used any spare resource to assist their competitor.

If they have spare resources which don't harm GNE running NX services e.g trips aren't missed as there are not enough coaches and NX aren't offering them any more routes then why not

Hull based, both operators work out of Hull. In the past also seen them work the Liverpool to Leeds corridor for Nat Ex alongside the M34/5/6

I would imagine if GNE had any spare resource, National Express would want GNE to deploy this on an expanded network for them to improve their service offering against competing Flixbus and/or Megabus.

National Express are clearly desperate for their operators to expand quicker than coaches can be purchased - 10-year old twin-axle coaches are being reinstated for expansion; unheard of pre-Covid.

Stanley Travel is the North East partner for Flixbus. They have been painting one of their Bovas up into Flixbus Green.
