Plus, contract work is likely to make up a bigger chunk of an independants work.  As much as they would probably like to pay more, they'll be limited to what they can pay due to contract prices.

That's not strictly correct as I know someone who moved from Stagecoach to Leven Valley and although the pay was less per hour he now got paid for his breaks which he didn't with Stagecoach.

I was being a bit sarcastic , been a long day for me, so a couple of journeys going as X22 via Seaham Interchange, it will be the first for Arriva to enter Seaham town centre.

Source is from Durham County Council transport divison  for the bus changes 1st September 2015.

Think they must have been the timetable prior to the changes on May 17th as the most notable thing is the 0802 X21 from Peterlee - Sunderland which no longer exists.

Also the 21/21A/X21 seemed to have a timetable about a fortnight after the May 17th changes, no idea what was changed though.

As far as I know X22 will be once per day each way, running via Seaham to deal with a college contract that we've picked up

I believe we will be seen in some unusual places though come September as it's East Durham College we are doing and they have buses from all over - I think this is what those 2 Yorkshire B7s will be tasked with
