Any idea which times have being allocated for the E400?

Like 9:05am from Newcastle etc?
Ooo Friend, Bus Friend.

No idea.

It could end up anywhere, I'd take a random punt on it operating the 0929ish X21 from Bishop Auckland based on the fact that the demonstrator that was on-loan last year operated that journey. Although sometimes buses can be switched around on the X21 especially if a bus arrives back in Bishop Auckland late on one journey.

Can everyone keep an eye out for which working it ends up out on.

It can go on any X21 board.

It won't be going in service till after 12pm tuesday after all the drivers have been familerised (spelling). It will probably be on the 12:34pm from Bishop.... 2:05pm from Eldon Sq.

Did you have a drive of it citaro5284 ...

Good good. Hopefully I will be able to see it more often when I am over in Riverside territory (Gateshead, Newcastle etc).

On another note, my dad does not like the orange and pink mix on 6133 much to my disappointment.  Sad

The Streetdeck is 9119, it was allocated that number months ago when it first came across from Wrights, the Enviro if I remember is 9109.

Can be found here: http://northeastbuses.co.uk/forum/showth...p?tid=1483&page=19

Spot on - 9109 is definitely the fleet number of the ADL Enviro400 MMC. A selection of photos below:

The interior shots aren't great as there was a lack of lighting within the bus itself, and I was taking photos against the light coming in from the outside world... Tried my best with various camera settings - hence why the seats appear to be different colours on different photos.

Before you lot moan about the rear destination - nothing could be done with it, as the glass panel at the back of the bus has to be removed to access the destination display itself. There's no way of changing the switch setting from within the bus..!

I thought you were a fan of the news published fortnightly on Sundays, Bazza? This had already been noted by Malarkey on the forum yesterday, hence its inclusion within the news last night.

I hate any supermarket of any sort. When i grow up and get myself into a relationship more serious than the typical school ones which never seem to last longer than 2 weeks, i'll be leaving the weekly shop down to the wife! I will have better things to be doing.

Shopping is a woman's job Tongue The typical man job is sitting at home, on the couch watching the footy or Formula 1 every weekend.

You can do it just as easily off the controller with it only being a loan bus. Go into the menu, signs, and match sign 2 up to the one you want, i.e. change S2 * (Switch 2 default) to S2 5 (Switch 2 read Sign Number 5) if your 32x17 is usually sign number 5. It resets to default when the next operator puts their data on. You can do it in HELEN itself too, in Console Config, Modify, Signs, drop down box for Switch 2 to match the sign number you want for that bus, but you'll need to remember to change it back once you've transferred the list to the MMC.

Thanks - we were already aware of how to 'temporarily' change the switch setting via the DG3, but we wanted to avoid this as ADL did not look best pleased that we had to change switch settings.

Thankfully the route number is still visible on the rear so it doesn't affect us too greatly. I'd suggest that it's probably not the end of the world with this demonstration vehicle only being in the fleet for a period of two weeks - it will be more important to ensure everything is working as it should on the StreetDeck, which will be here for two months. To save unnecessary complications when it transfers from depot to depot, this vehicle will have to be profiled correctly through Hanover's HELEN software.

If anyone knows what actual service it is on and what time could you please tell me as I am going to Gateshead after school toget a photo of it!

obviously you won't know now but when people do it would be much appreciated .
