There are delays of up to 20 mins between South Shields and St James, up to 20 mins between Airport and South Hylton, this was due to a failed train and an unruly passenger elsewhere

The Sunday frequency on each line is 15 minutes, so I can't see the PVR being reduced drastically to allow for 60-70 trains to be made available.
