(14 Jan 2016, 5:20 pm)Dan wrote I believe 8250 and 8251 are, or were, being used for engineering training purposes. 8254 was dismantled for spare parts while at Washington, so I'd guess that these three will (eventually) be sold for scrap.
I believe 8253, 8259 and 8260 (when it's withdrawn again) will all be sold on as runners, presumably to Ensign.

Hospital, obviously my Driver must of worked well past his Break to get back to Washington unless he had one in Newcastle before making a very late return journey. It took me 1 hour and 20 Minutes to get from Wrekenton to Gateshead.
Unfortunately I did make it to work today, after a few phone calls to them I made the decision to head back home as I didnt know what the Arriva X7/X8 and SNE X63 were going to be running like, nor did I know what the traffic was like going into Newcastle City Centre, then coming back out of town and up to Longbenton, literally had no signal at all to be able view the Weather Updates as it was up and down like a yo-yo, the joys of being with EE.

Bad crack if you've sacked it off, because of a bit snow mind! They'd not be able to run a business if no one turned up cause it was snowing.
