Based on lists of registration allocations for Manchester (I have seen 'marks' allocated up to 'OXM' for the last Manchester batch), these look to be of a following batch.
Also outside AD Falkirk last night were two white E200MMCs (operator unknown) registered SN16OXV/SN16OXW so there is another 'gap' in the sequence before Stagecoach registrations resume. Based on this, OYO/OYP could be Newcastle-bound.

It looks like Barnsley's will be the first 66 reg examples - but will this be appropriate for the route they will be allocated to, or are they for something else? If for the 66, does anyone know what will happen to 19559-66?

10603 (AZ); 10622/3/5-30 (ST). Reports elsewhere of 10622/6 entering service should be disregarded - for now. Both are at Stockport, but neither had seen service by yesterday. I believe 10626 was a typo error by one source that has been perpetuated elsewhere.
Also, it looks like some early Hybrids rendered surplus by new MMCs at Oxford are transferring to Manchester. However, its not clear which ones and there is a sharp contradiction in rumours regarding which depot (s) they will run from.

The list is updated once either the vehicles are sighted or the registrations are posted to the 'Stagecoach Enthusiasts' Group on Facebook (the 'original' one). Barnsley's however are meant to be the first of the Euro6 Enviro400s for a Stagecoach operation outside London to be bodied at Scarborough rather than Falkirk.
On the subject of registrations, 3 of the Astromegas have been spotted at Arriva Bus and Coach in Cleckhenton complete with registrations:
