No - unlikely to be back this week.

The delivery of the StreetDecks was done at the earliest possible opportunity.
Wrightbus have many other customers besides Go North East; so they tell the customer when the buses can be delivered, not the other way round. Operators can suggest a time when they ideally need the buses by, but the bus manufacturer is able to tell the operator that this would not be achievable, and it is up to the operator to find another manufacturer able to meet this deadline. With such a large order, it's even more difficult to get a delivery any earlier than normal. The other alternative to get the buses sooner would have been to put the order in sooner, but I imagine this went in at the earliest opportunity as well.
What you have to keep in mind is that this order falls in the 2017/18 financial year (beginning in July for Go-Ahead), so could not come any sooner than it has done. It takes months to build a bus, not a matter of weeks, especially with all of the customised options for Go North East.
They don't just go out on a whim and paint up and brand a bus, on the off chance that it'll be around for a while before needing to be painted and branded again. I've said it several times in the past, but there's always a bit of logic with everything, even if not immediately clear to us.
