RE: 2017/18 Football Season
Dunston UTS have been drawn at home to Gateshead in the FA cup.

Huge opportunity for Dunston the lowest ranked team left with a massive game and the potential to play an EFL side if they win.

Dunston supporters weren't happy with the lack of coverage vs Chester. They felt that it deserved some coverage.

Eventful morning at the IS.
Club kicked out of stadium, Cala escorted from premises and former Rochdale Chairman agrees to buy club.

Whats going on with GFC, talk of a move to Kingston Park, the fans have took over the Clubs official Twitter and theres talk of a Gateshead Phoenix popping up in the Northern League...

To think only a few years ago there was talk of a new ground, they were 90 minutes away from the EFL...

Whats going on, they historically have had bad support, the IS is a giant concrete block around there necks...

It was never going to last...

I wish them all the best for the future though, being a Darlo fan, I know what it is like to lose your club

This is a canny little article. Glad the msm are picking up on it mind. Not sure what difference it will make, but it lets everyone know exactly what is going on and the shit show Cala and Varghese are putting on.

So basically if a new club is setup, any hope of GFC continuing will be in tatters.

A new club will likely have to start in the Northern Alliance or Wearside League as they wont be a Phoenix in the true sense, if the original club is still around, they would be viewed more like FC United, a protest club.

Where would a potential FC Gateshead play out of, The IS is still no good, regardless.

Somewhere like Dunston, Hebburn Town or rather ironically, South Shields
