Frequency changes to E1,E2 and E6 from same date I believe
Info on nexus.org.uk
Yes, The timetables on the Nexus website are showing a frequency decrease to every 30 mins on each E service on Monday - Saturday daytimes.
If the Nexus timetables are correct, this change would free up quite a few euro 6 E300s to move to Newcastle to help meet the upcoming CAZ requirements.

From the Stagecoach site:
Changes to Services E1, E2, E6 from Monday 22 November 2021
12 Nov 2021 to 18 Dec 2021
Due to the ongoing national driver shortage, we are making some temporary timetable changes to Services E1, E2 and E6.
The Monday to Saturday daytime timetable on these routes will be revised, with each service running every 30 minutes. Services E1, E2, E6 will combine to provide a bus every 10 minutes between Sunderland and South Shields via Seaburn, Whitburn and Marsden.
Evening and Sunday buses will continue to run unchanged.
We’re sorry to have to make these changes, due to the national driver shortage.
Ooo Friend, Bus Friend.

Yesterday (20/11/21), 22026 has had it's doors smashed in on West Denton Way, West Denton. The bus was leaving the bus stop directly outside the Go Outdoors when someone threw something which smashed the doors. West Denton has a real problem with ASB and this is not the first instance of smashed buses etc....

(22 Nov 2021, 5:59 pm)T54APhotography wrote Ah, and no spare ticket machines track on SNE
Because the VIX machines used by Stagecoach have the vehicle's data stored in the base plate rather than having to reprogram the ticket machine with the right fleetnumber every time a faulty machine is replaced. So vehicles should always track as themselves (apart from the single issue a few months ago where one of the 69-plate E400MMCs was tracking as one of the B9TLs but other than that)
