I love that,

You could have the Washington Twenties - 22/23/24/25 - Reanme 25.

I would also change the Name Washington 5's to Washington 3's. And there is already a 5.

However for the 22/23 etc. I would be bettter (although this is never happening to name them) 51,52,53,54 etc to complement it with the 50 & 56.

The reason why it is the 23 is because of the NEXUS 23. i thought i should keep the 23's as close as possible.

So what would you do with the current East Gateshead Orbit 51/52 and the VOLTRA 53/54?

Only suggestion I have is a better numbering system network wide

Does your 22A stand for 22 Anti Clockwise and the 22C stands for Clockwise likewise for the 23?,also the 5 already exists, unless you plan to renumber.one of them

Yes the A's & C's are Anti-Clockwise & Clockwise.
Just ignore the number 5, it was designed for an independent.

I think the 40 would work quite well
RE: Go North East: Service Suggestions v2
Maybe not one for the current climate but could be one for the future.

X23 - Durham - university hospital - new college - sacriston crossroads - edmondsley crossroads - craghead punch bowl - south Stanley st Stephens church - Stanley bus station - tanfield railway -  Sunniside front street - whickham front street (dockendale lane) - metrocentre

This would run non stop between each of the stops listed above with a journey time of roughly 50 minutes allowing for an hourly service with a PVR of 2. Service would be timed with the x22 to provide a half hourly service between Durham and metrocentre.
RE: Go North East: Service Suggestions v2
12B service from Benton - Fenham - Denton Burn - Blaydon - Metrocentre, running hourly.

674 service from Newcastle Central Station - Cowgate - Slatyford - Denton Burn - Heddon on the Wall - Corbridge - Hexham, running hourly.

You could rename the 25, and do

22/23/24/25/26/27
RE: Fictional Service Ideas
Mod note: I've split the posts in this thread from the GNE service suggestions. Clearly there's an interest in them and discussing them, but that should be away from the operator threads.

RE: Fictional Service Ideas
As a fictional service idea I think I would like a see a government service introduced where the cost of your gas and electricity were determined by the level of income you receive. Progressive pricing could reduce the financial burden placed upon poorer households and help to reduce fuel poverty.

Would households be placed in to different coloured zones?

RE: Fictional Service Ideas
I'm putting this here because I don't think GNE would even consider this, but it was fun to design anyway.

I'm thinking of creating a non big three suggestions portfolio and this is going in there at some point.
