4206 is doing the 10:50pm 33 trip from St Helens to Widnes!

7637 made its first day in service yesterday on the 75 but 7652 was still rolling on but on route 80/80A!

i am fuming to report that Network Warrington are to introduce a fare increase from February 7th, Here comes one of my rants:

Adult Day saver is now £5!
I think this is a joke as Network Warrington are getting smaller not bigger and if you live on an Arriva Route you can get one of their Day savers for 4 pounds 80 and is valid on a hell of a lot more services!

OAP day saver 4!
Am sorry but Arriva do the same ticket for around 2 pounds 70!

you now also have to pay 50p to take a dog onto a Bus!! this is a joke as i have never seen a firm charge a dog a fare yet!

These price increases now make Network Warrington the highest priced Bus operator in the North West! i bet anyone who have a 2nd option will make a switch as these prices are just not acceptable!

Another thing i forgot to mention is the highest single fare will now be 3 pounds 60 whereas arrivas highest single fare is just 3 pounds 20!

I believe 2729's move is to replace 2725 - so a like for like replacement. Personally I would have been happier losing a Dart or a Pulsar than a Volvo - they are among the best vehicles at St Helens.

Very much agreed! why do we have to up one of our best buses for Southport Depot? what makes them better than us? we make more of a profit than them!

Right thanks for that mate, really they should be trying permotional fares on services there is competition to try and win back customers but instead they are just out pricing themselves to other firms (Fairbrothers, Warrington Coachways, Arriva and First!)

Looks like it went AWOL then around 1500 as I was waiting for it in St Helens (should have been the 1459 towards Suttin Heath), waited until just after 1510 and with no sign of 4206, I caught the next 33 which was a very cold 2800.

Presume most people have heard but ashcrofts Dart SLF 9.3 with Marshall Capital body work T103 KPG was involved in a RTC on the 200 the other day. No one was seriously injured but it looked like it could of been very nasty.

Tommorow should be 4014 last day in service.
2729 i seen today or yeasterday on the 320/360.
St helens are to receive 2267 for service once it s been p+p to replace 4014.
The electric solo sr has now gone.
4 ex london deckers are parked up at round the back of st helens them being
LJ51 OSX / ORG / DLY / DJE.

I think arriva st helens should extend the 34A to warrington from earlstown bus stn and have the 20 serve acorn st and bradley rd and the 34 to continue to warrington on an evening and sundays to take advantage of network warringtons fare increase and to have a 5-7 minute service between winwick church an warrington and take the 22 service passengers.

Ahahahahaha a dog fare! I think thats a bit extreme personally.

its a shame 4014 is going! its capacity is greatly required in my opinion!
