I hope theyre better Engines than what went into 5369, as well I think Deptford will get some for the 2/2A, 57 and to replace some fo the older versas aswell

I hope they keep the nearside mirrors as they were with First rather than the longer mirror arms., sounds daft but it's more comfortable driving with normal mirrors than the overhang (rabbit ears) mirrors ( well for me anyway)

Not sure where the rest will end up.

Hopefully Deptford to replace the 11 reg Versa's on the Berries, so we can stop seeing the hideous livery.

Yeah but that often means nowt, quite often across the NE, we've ended up with repaints and branding changes only for buses to be withdrawn / moved elsewhere.

Can't see it being Riverside or Deptford personally.

Have a feeling some might end up at Consett and Washington instead something like

3x Hexham (Hexham Locals)
6x Consett (6)
8x Washington (25/28/29/Spares)

5377-79 - Riverside
8319-8326 - Deptford or Withdrawn
Consett B9's - some to Riverside

It would kill off some microfleets that are around lately with 3 random Versa's being done by Consett (Hexham) and the microfleet of 7 currently based at Washington. Remember they have E6 mods so it would suggest they might be Newcastle based and I'm not sure the 6 really need Decker's.

I wonder depending on franchsing on manchester, whether we might get some of GNW EvoSeti (66 Plate), would be ideal for the 16/16A/X5/X15, theres 16 which is more than enough. Maybe for the 10 as the lack of reliability of the current fleet is very poor with upto 9/10 being off at a time

I hope not.The seating in the GNW EvoSeti deckers is absolutely atrocious.

Queens Road will be operated by Stagecoach from next spring - although more than likely we’ll see the EvoSetis go yellow for Bee Network and move to Bolton no doubt, given 3 of them are already at Bolton as Busways Spares.
If anything comes to Go North East from
Manchester, expect it to be their Streetlites and probably more end-of-life B9TLs.

Go North West might do what Diamond did and put most of the fleet in the “TfGM pool” for allocation to the incoming operators.

After all the complaints on this forum over the years about Volvo B5 Hybrids, I’m surprised anyone would be in favour of more of them coming to the north east.

I do quite like. the Hybrids we have now, I like the eletric move off then into diesel. However I feel like the masssive issue is the reliability of the the fleet especially in the past two years it seems like its fell off a cliff, and there is probably two reasons for that, theyre getting up there in ages and the route the 16/16A/X5/X15 have some hills that you crawl up in some of them, some shoot up but not most. 

9 being off at a time is a joke.

Also whats going to happen with the Durham Diamond Branding and the Xlines Yellow with them all being withdrawn?
