I'm little confused what you mean, I thought the 71, since it was curtailed at Houghton, ran up Dairy Lane then onto Burn Park Road and onto Houghton Town Centre (Newbottle Street) then at the Broadway then out onto Dairy Lane. What's changed?
Before when it was 71 to Sunderland it would serve all the way up Dairy Lane and serve the opposing side of the broadway.
