Its programs like that which show how hard it is to be a bus driver - i honestly think some people hit the companies and drivers too hard sometimes. They seem to think that its easy to both run a company and drive a bus (obviously not at the same time!). I've been using Go North East to get to and from school for coming up to 4 years now and i have only suffered real lateness (more than 20 minutes) 3 times, less than 10 breakdowns (3 of them within the past 2 weeks) and only 1 occasion where the bus has been more than 2 minutes early. Overall, i think that the service is reliable and thats when the service uses vehicles that are over/coming up to 15 years old.
