If there's any gas buses spare after covering VORs, they are allocated to the 4, presumably due to the fuel savings etc.

Still technically an odd working though, and you can add 28009(?) to the list of gas buses on the 4. I saw 28007 heading into the city while the other was heading out earlier this afternoon.
