Then we have had the temporary roadworks in and around Richmond which has caused issues, and then the cordoning off of the area for today's royal visit. Plus, the inevitable delays of the school runs, then you have got problem on top of problem which cannot be avoided.
It will be like that for another year or so.
Add in any bumps/breakdowns and you ain't going anywhere.
The local roads are affected too, with changes to the infrastructure etc
Arriva can only do so much to keep buses to time unfortunately.
