I honestly don't know - they've been lucky to have not collided with something yet! They block Felling Square if there are cars parked on the double yellows and they regularly mount the pavement at the Windy Nook Church junction. Around the estates, they use the entire road and have to wait for both lanes to be clear before attempting the turn at Staneway!
