fares may be cheaper, but I'd suggest most customers opt for day/weekly tickets...
According to G-CPTN above, Go North East's offering on this new ticket is £3.90 and £13.00 respectively, whereas Arriva's Blyth + Tyne & Wear Triple ticket costs £5.80 and £22.60 respectively.
Arrivas Day Return could well be less than £3.90 though?
