If they were transporting my kids anywhere, I'd want them to be safe, legal and compliant.  Tacho offences are pretty serious.

I can understand where the Council are coming from.  I'm sure tacho-wise they're behaving themselves now.  But if they're prepared to bend (or break) driving hours rules; what else are they not complying with?
