Some of your suggestions were to DOWNGRADE service X22 to MAX. This would be a massive step BACKWARDS for Ashington, Stakeford and Bedlington.
''MAX'' is basically just ''Sapphire'' without the plug sockets. Hardly a massive step backwards.
