Why does moves like the Royal Train not get shown on websites such as RTT etc? Does it not show up at all, even as a STP or VSTP?
No moves associated with the Royal Train (even ECS movements) get shown on RTT, or indeed, any other systems for the reasons Adrian pointed out.
Obviously paths incorporating the likes of 67005/6 in normal use are allowed.
Even drivers don't know what the headcode and working details are until they book on that morning - I assume signallers are the same.
It got stabled right outside the depot I work at a few months ago (on the network, not on our infrastructure), armed guards stay on the train at all times too.
