However, don't forget, Stockton has 7 unbranded standard Pulsars fitted with WiFi (1457-60/91/2/4) so they can effectively cover the boards.
Didn't forget that the standard VDL Pulsars feature the provision of free Wi-Fi, but is it advertised?
Any customers that disable Wi-Fi when they're not connected to a network wouldn't know that the bus had free Wi-Fi - only those that leave it enabled would know, as they would be prompted to connect by their smartphone.
