The 'emergency brake' is a key part of the deal, and is for when it's deemed that there are *exceptional* levels of migration. Add that to the rhetoric we've had over the years about excessive migration, and I'm sure you can guess the direction he's heading with this one...

He got a decent deal BUT lets see what they say for Yes and No.
I want the ones who want to vote Yes to say to stand on a stage and say why it should be good, not to mention the NO campain.. and slag them off, same as the Out lot.
I want facts, facts and more facts, not a slagging match.
