Initially all vehicles moved 'on loan' but given they are still there months after 10401-29 entered service, it might be a bit more permant. 10000 has been at Walkergate since March 2013.

Given that 19199 has now been repainted into 'Magic Bus' livery, one would suggest that it has indeed permanently transferred out of the region:
