I don't think so, unfortunately.
8319 is to act as the spare for services 39 and 42. 8320-24 to 39, 8325-29 to 42.
As I've previously noted, the PVR of the revised 26 service will be 7, and it's quite likely that it will be allocated Cadets. Depending on when these changes happen (I'd assume late November to early December - even though changes don't tend to occur in December), I'm led to believe the 61 will temporarily be allocated B10BLEs.
Arguably, I believe the allocation of the 9s is what everyone should be speculating about! That's the interesting one, also at a PVR of 7.
