I may be missing something but I'd think it's more useful to have the taco's in the spare buses. By the very nature of being a spare it's better to be equipped for any duty rather than being confined to the PBs. Also if GNE wanted to sample the euro 6 on a different route it would be useful if it was corporate liveried.
