And it's taken 3 years for that to happen.

We (sort of), have route 3 and have seen a very watered down version of route 2.

A lot of passenger research and analysis went on prior to the proposed improvements and I can't believe an operator hasn't jumped on them with more enthusiasm - either as stand-alone services or as in the case of the Q3, an extension of an existing route.
