Its highlighted in the post that the New Arriva timetable in the new contract will not connect with Spirits Services.
Could this be a small hint at the service past Morpeth being dropped to 2 Hourly? It will be a significant blow if that happens ontop of a bad outcome of the Spirit dilemma.
Such a shame though, I have nothing but respect for the effort that Steve has done for bringing back services in such a remote area.
