4701 is the first Temsa painted into Frequenta Base Livery
In regards to the X21 - I can't see them renumbering both routes as Xs then only MAXing one. I honestly don't see the EcoCitys going MAX. Nor do I see 1579-81 moving to Stockton as anything other than Cadet replacements.
