Well Cobra has had 8 Optare Solo SRs according to Bus Lists on the Web, however only one unaccounted for is KY63VTC, the other 6 vehicles are either with Diamond Bus or Courtney Buses.
It's possible that numbers 715 - 717 are reserved for the ones that are currently on order. I'm sure someone will explain what is happening.
