When I used the 10B yesterday, there wasn't many people using the link from Newcastle to Metrocentre. The services have comfortable seats, free wi-fi and power sockets unlike the 100, so these services should appeal to the customers.
I think the return from Newcastle to Metrocentre is cheaper on the ''TEN'', or any other Go North East services too. It is £3.80 on the 100, in comparison to £3.40 on the ''TEN''.
From personal use i used the 100 while working at the Metrocentre for nearly 4years, For the reason that you can use the Dayriders on any stagecoach bus, Most people get off at blackett street (12,39,40,62,63,X63) and hop straight on the 100. Only time I would use the 10 is on a sunday morning, when the 100 doesnt start until 9, Most people of that would be people I would see on the 100, was really weird, could never figure out why they wouldnt have an earlier service, however Im off topic now haha ...
