Thinking about it, I've been there over the winter period a few times over the years.
4th November 2019 to 27th March 2020
Open daily, 10am to 4pm. Last admission 3pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, and Mondays and Fridays from 6th January 2020 to 14th February 2020.
Just had a thought on the bus that was mentioned being Beamish branded. The new bus depot is due to open soon at the museum so I’m guessing this is part of a promotion as Go North East has something to do with the construction of it from what I remember what was said when I visited Hownsgill Depot with the Northern Group Enthusiasts Club last month.
