Looks like GNE are having issues with the tickets on the app.
Not surprised in the slightest, this is exactly why I refuse to buy tickets on it!
I wonder if they'll ever add the under 25 tickets to The Key, but even then with the requirement for ID I think I'd still pay the extra for nobody to see my photo!
