Far from being a criticism, I feel everyone from drivers to backroom staff has worked tirelessly to provide a service for key workers whilst dealing with diminishing returns, and any anomalies are inevitable given the speed at which the team has worked. Well done to all.
I’m sure we can live with a small number of services being inefficient.
