Customers are advised that, in light of the escalation of Government advice relating to the coronavirus pandemic, it is necessary for us to implement further emergency variations to a number of our services from Sunday 5 April 2020.

This is necessary to reflect reduced staff availability and the reduced patronage levels now being experienced due to the pandemic, and is to give certainty to customers as to the level of service we will be providing.

Full details are as follows:

Newcastle:

Service 1 – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
Service 6, 7, 8 – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
Service 10, 11 – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
Service 12  – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
Service 18  – Modified Monday to Friday timetable.
Service 22, 22X  – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips. Service 22 will additionally serve Newburn Riverside and Cobalt Park. Service 22X will not run.
Service 30, 31, 36  – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
Service 32, 32A  – Saturday timetables.
Service 35  – Saturday timetables.
Service 38, 38A  – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
Service 39, 40  – Modified Sunday timetable, with extra morning trips.
