That's the issue, if you look at the area taken up by the tables on the StreetDecks, and moreso the E400s, it's closer to 3 rows taken up rather than 2, so there really isn't much legroom available at the tables (which is one of the main reasons I always sit at a table)
Plus, on the B9s either the tables are lower or the chairs are higher, as I find my knees knock into the bottom of the tables
