Nobody is going to want to have a flat fare of £5, and operators aren't going to want to drop a ticket down from £5 to £2.
I know when I want to travel back up to Gateshead, it's actually cheaper for me to get the 5-25 day ticket than it is to get a single.
Aye that's fair there tbh I was just talking about inside nexus land there. Suppose you could just zone the whole of the north east like the zones here and just do fares on the zones. Be a good system anyway regardless so you know how much your paying regardless of operator rather than some of the rather joke fares around.
I dunno just think pop was a missed opportunity.
