It seems to be 50/50 with people I speak to whether they say 'Tudda' or 'Tudhoe'.
To me, if they're using a fairly well spoken voice for the NSA, then they should go with a more 'formal' pronunciation.
It just sounds odd to me having a 'posh' woman saying the more colloquial pronunciation
