Because they're just your standard USB-A, now don't get me wrong if I want to play on my phone while it's charging but I will gladly just look out the window for the journey and let it charge if I have to. That's why I think there should be one USB-A and one USB-C charging port on the back of each seat for quicker charging speeds. I was on the X46 the other day and I played on my phone for the whole journey it still went up around 30% and I rather that than a power pack.
