Surely all those people should be buying return tickets not singles which are all overpriced with no doubt more expensive than their respective day ticket. I know that's a big problem with Arriva fares, not sure if it is with GNE.
Tickets are so confusing for someone who doesn't use buses in particular in Durham; singles, returns, Durham day ticket, North Durham day tickets, Durham City and South Durham day tickets.
