I obviously don't have access to the figures, but the amount of people who use mobile ticketing now seems to be really high. I rarely have or rarely see anyone have any issues, and when they do, its usually the customer in the wrong.
As I said above too, its not GNE's responsibility to make sure your phone has charge! Just like its not the dealership's responsibility to ensure you have fuel in your car.
