Whichever way it is DCC & GNE both need to accept some responsibility from passengers who been messed around. In May told the bus is under threat of being withdrawn. In June, told no need to worry the tax payer is saving the day. Then in July, sorry the bus is withdrawn after all. Not great - and doesn’t look good for either party, the council or bus company.
On the plus side, at least L469 YVK now has access to all the timetables and can debate on vehicle allocations and interworking patterns to his heart is content!
