I think the 39 only has the streetlites to help capacity with the recent temporary decrease to half hourly whereas it was every 15 mins. The graphite solos and XLINES Mercs are just temporarily withdrawn, aren’t they? Presumably when the next changes come in and if the 39 goes back to its every 15 minutes frequency, the solos will return.
