Can't find the link annoyingly but one councillor seemingly thought the 520 was a GNE-run route that GNE proposed to withdraw but looked kindly on the residents of the estate it serves.

All GNE did was undercut GCT (assuming GCT bidded, but tbh it's not much of a stretch to assume they did).
