Why is the 1 only serving the Hub towards Whitley Bay only. It could easily go down to the hub. Swing round and come back up the same street (like it is currently doing when it goes to Whitley Bay from the changes)
It would need an extra bus added to the PVR - it hasn’t got time to serve it on the current 20-minute frequency.
