Blyth who knows as that's the only really questionable one especially the 306/308/43/44/45/47

Don't believe GNE run anything which is exclusively in Durham or Northumberland which isn't ran by Consett which isn't contracted. I know in Manchester you just have to get a permit to continue operating it cross boundary, ie the Witchway services which are similar to most of these.
